Sticky Rice Flour (bột gạo nếp)

Sticky rice flour (bột gạo nếp) is made of ground short grain glutinous rice – different from rice flour (bột gạo tẻ). It is used in the dough of a number of Vietnamese buns and cakes (bánh). Sticky rice flour-based dough is white in colour and very sticky.
