Coconut Water

Not to be confused with coconut milk or coconut cream – which are made by boiling coconut meat with water.

Coconut water is the clear, natural juice inside when you crack open a coconut. It is a great tropical beverage and also commonly used in Vietnamese braised pork belly ‘thịt kho tàu’.
